These are really nice chairs for the price but as a tall 5’8” fluffy person with thunder thighs, I had to remove the arm rests after assembling them. I had hoped the arm rests were adjustable for height and width but they were not. Additionally, even for a non-fluffy 5’3” person the arm rests were not tall enough to touch the elbows without scrunching down in the seat. For the price, however, it looks and works perfectly fine without the arm rests.

Don't waste your money. These chairs are relatively sturdy and they look good, but after sitting on one of the 2 for only one hour - I am EXTREMELY UNCOMFORTABLE! It's not worth the discounted price. The arms are hard as rocks. Very uncomfortable to rest your arms on and the chair bottom is hurting my body after only 1 hour. They're just too cheap. Will have to add a pillow to sit on and something to make the armrest even tolerable. Win some - Lose some. This was definitely a loss.

Ordered November 30. Received December 11. Very pleased with speed of shipment! Both come in one box. All parts present. No breakage. Could be assembled by one person if necessary, but an extra set of hands helps immensely [holding things steady, handing off screws/washers etc]. Took us about 20 minutes for first chair and 10 for the second. They are beautiful. I am a very large woman and I feel secure in this chair. I did make sure I wouldn't exceed the chairs suggested weight limit. The seat isn't the widest on the market, but it was about an 1" wider than some other models we were considering. So while I fill the seat to capacity - the arms aren't causing any pain to my upper legs. The wheels aren't the smoothest but I don't scoot around much anyway - so not an issue for me. If you are scooting back and forth in an office setting might want to spend a bit more money [although more money spent doesn't always mean better quality]. But for us, these are exactly what we needed. I appreciate the lower lumbar support and having been at the pc for several hours today already, my back is not in any pain as it was with the old chair. VERY pleased all the way around.

Perfect for my needs! 2 chair pack- easy to assemble. Lightweight yet sturdy at the same time. Used daily- comfortable and stylish in one chair. UPDATE - Have been used for a year-on a daily basis- and still work perfectly, without tears and wear and tear! Recommended.
