New to Lean

It might be a little early yet to review as I have only been using the product a few weeks. The first week I started with 1 tablet in the morning and 1 midday. Then 2 AM and 1 midday. Last week I started 3 after breakfast. The first time I took 3, I felt a little stress in my chest but by day 2 that was gone. The reason for baby steps is that I had been on another weight loss regimen and was transitioning. Additionally I have a shellfish allergy, warning on the bottle.
I cardio box 6 days a week for one hour, along with alternating days of stretching, working with weights, and low impact aerobics. It’s taken 9 months to lose 13 lbs on a calorie deficit diet. Since the switch, I do have a bigger appetite, and I feel hungry at times. I’m not interested in eating but my blood sugar advices otherwise. I actually gained three lbs that I lost on the former program I was on but my scale says I have gained muscle. My clothing has more room here in week 3 on the program. Even with eating less I do feel like I have more energy to finish out the day. I am hoping to start seeing some real results soon, the preview period is looking promising so far. My weight loss has been very slow but I prefer lasting results over quick temporary weight loss.

I’m likely the target candidate this product was created for. I was a fitness enthusiast for many years but over time, I have completely lost that time to spend and it gets allocated to work, kids, maintenance. I’m trying to drop 30lbs. Slowly I’ve kept gaining weight regardless of diet plans, and see some results for a while but nothing would last. Tried a couple over the counter products, with the same effect. I hear this product advertised by Dan Bongino so had came into it with high expectations considering he is a no BS kinda guy.

Before I started taking lean, I spent 2 weeks counting calories and implemented eating plan, I had not lost weight, but had a good start to not feel like I was starving all the time. Since adding lean, 3 weeks ago have lost 10lbs on a similar eating plan and have 15lbs left to my goal. I feel more energized, and have had no negative side effects. This product seems to deliver what it says it does. I feel and see the reduction of stored fat more than number on the scale dropping at the moment, and will update my review to 5 stars after a little more time. I opted for the subscription and plan to give it 3 months
Combined with regular exercise, seemed to work fine.

My cravings didn't really change, but I was never a sweets and junk-food kind of guy. I accumulated a pudge in my belly and posterior that hadn't been there since 6th or 7th grade. I was recovering from a chronic injury after I lost my construction job during covid lockdowns, and I had developed a sedentary lifestyle. My body has healed enough that I actually enjoy my workouts again. In just one month of Regular exercise, and 3 capsules a day of this lean product, that pudge is almost entirely gone. I have no idea how much the supplement helped or sped my weight loss along, but I certainly didn't experience any harmful side effects. I initially bought this since I wanted to "throw the kitchen sink at" my noticeably withering health. I'll give it 4 stars in good faith, but I've discontinued use after expending the one bottle; especially since it is expensive and I'm looking to put more lbs on in muscle at this point.

I am in month 2 of taking Lean. The one thing that I can say that this product does considerably better than I had anticipated is tamping down on my cravings. My sugar and carb cravings, have become non existent while taking Lean. I also don’t suffer from that afternoon crash that I normally would without this product. I have lost a few pounds, however, I have not been incorporating exercise into my routine. While my eating has changed it still needs additional fine tuning to promote more rapid weight loss. I plan on starting that after a vacation that I have upcoming. . Once the addition of the exercise is applied, this will drive me eat cleaner than I at this time, I expect that the results will be further improved. I will write a follow up to this review in 60 or so days.

If you suffer from cravings I think this may be the thing that may resolve that for you!! Thanks BrickHouse for the wonderful products!! Keep up the great work!
