This is by far, my absolute favorite flavor they have. It has the perfect amount of apple and sour. Most energy drinks can’t mask the sour flavor and ghost seems to nail it every time. 10/10 recommend for sure! They also don’t make you jittery like a lot of other brands do and makes you focus. I use it before my workout to give me an extra kick, my huge arms are the proof!

I consume 1 energy drink to start my day during the work week and generally have a light workout after work. On non work days I will consume 2-3 in a day as my workouts will be more enduring and intense. That being said, I like a bit of variety. This has almost been exclusively Bang products. Thanks to Campus Protein and their Energy Drink of the Month program I've had the opportunity to try things I'd never come across in my local stores. Ghost is one of those products. It's got an above average taste and has all the benefits of a high end energy drink like zero sugar, 4 vitamins, and a single carb. Great stuff.

This has become my new favorite flavor. Ghost always drops great tasting energy drinks, and their ingredients label shows their quality. Definitely recommend this one.
