Architecture stands as a bridge between visual art and engineering. This perfectly balanced intervention led us to create a space of encounters with simple geometric shapes. Villa in Tskneti is a place of admiration of nature and picturesque views through modern minimalist architecture, at the same time harmoniously penetrated and consolidated from the landscape. Perpendicular consolidated second floor divides building into two zones: living room area, which is located on the first floor, and the bedroom area, which due to the rotation is fully orientated on the view of the valley. The core of the building is skylighted 6m in diameter central circular staircase, enlightening the iconic combination of polished concrete and glass creating different panoramic meditation spaces inside a 1000 m2 villa.
