Professional Services
Our Enterprise Search platform has been widely adopted by professional services firms in multiple practice areas, such as law, consulting, advertising, real estate and engineering services. The Google Search Appliance is an integrated hardware and software product that uses Google's powerful search engine technology to bring universal search to your business.

How you'll benefit
  • Capture and leverage knowledge - Enable your professionals to instantly access the knowledge your firm has built up over the years, and efficiently deliver against client needs. Instead of dedicating resources and millions of dollars to managing a central 'knowledge management system,' your firm can share knowledge without changing your work habits.

  • Manage a geographically disparate workforce - Your professionals are working hard delivering on multiple client projects which can be scattered around the country, or even the world. Managing work delivery with such a disparate workforce requires simple yet powerful tools. Our search technology lets your professionals collaborate, work in unison and efficiently deliver against client needs.

  • Increase billable hours (productivity) - According to research from IDC and Accenture, knowledge workers spend more than 25% of their time searching for information, often unsuccessfully. By implementing Google's search technology, your professionals can save much of this time, translating into financial results for your firm. Any time saved by valuable professionals can mean more billable hours.
